Items sourced from UK wholesalers typically take approximately 2 weeks to complete and will then be sent to your UK shipping address via 24/48-hour delivery. Please contact us directly for more information, as various factors can influence the completion time of your order.

Custom goods, including tracksuits, short sets, and cut-and-sew items, are available on our website with a Custom Product label that clearly states the production timeframe of 3-5 weeks. After completion, your items will be shipped to your chosen address. Please contact us directly for more details, as production times can vary depending on several factors.

Returns & Exchanges

In line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, we can only accept returns or exchanges for faulty items. Faulty goods must be reported within 30 days of delivery. Please provide detailed photos or videos of the fault and contact us before returning the items. Our quality control team will inspect the items upon receipt to determine whether a refund, exchange, or credit is appropriate.

Custom Products Policy

As custom products are made to order, they are non-refundable once production has begun, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Please ensure all details for custom items are correct before confirming your order. Once production starts, cancellations or amendments are not possible.
