Terms & Conditions for Unicorn Uniforms

  1. Introduction
    These terms and conditions govern the use of our services. By placing an order with Unicorn Uniforms, you agree to these terms.

  2. Orders
    All orders are subject to availability and approval. Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation. Unicorn Uniforms reserves the right to refuse any order.

  3. Customer Responsibility for Tech Packs & Mock Ups
    Customers are responsible for providing tech packs or mock-ups, containing all details of their custom orders (e.g., print size, quantity, colour of print and embroidery) via email only. Orders cannot be processed through Instagram or WhatsApp messages. Failure to provide accurate details places full responsibility on the customer for any errors. Please contact one of our team members for clarification.

  4. Garment Provided by Customer
    If a customer provides their own garments, Unicorn Uniforms is not responsible for replacing the item if it is miss-printed or miss-embroidered. The responsibility lies with the customer. However, the application fee will be refunded if applicable.

  5. Custom Items Production & Non-Refundable Policy
    Custom items, including those with the 'Custom' label, take 3-5 weeks to produce as they are made from scratch based on the customer's specific needs. Once an order for custom items is placed, it is non-refundable as these are bespoke goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. We will inform customers before order confirmation that custom items are non-refundable.

  6. Decorated Items Refund Policy
    Decorated items (items with print or embroidery) can only be refunded if they are defective. If the item is intentionally damaged by the customer, no refund will be provided. This is in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Customers must notify us of any defects within 30 days of receipt of the goods for a refund to be considered.

  7. Pricing
    Prices for products and services are as listed on our website. We reserve the right to change prices without notice, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

  8. Payment
    Full payment is required before production begins unless otherwise agreed. We accept payments via credit/debit card, bank transfer, or other methods as specified.

  9. Cancellation & Restocking Fee
    Once payment has been made for goods, customers have a 24-hour period to cancel their order without penalty. After 24 hours, a 20% restocking fee will apply as the goods will be ordered from suppliers. Orders for custom goods cannot be cancelled or amended once production has begun.

  10. Delivery
    Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Unicorn Uniforms is not liable for any delays caused by shipping companies or other factors beyond our control.

  11. Returns & Refunds
    Custom orders cannot be returned or cancelled once production has begun, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Non-custom items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, subject to conditions. If the item is defective or does not meet the agreed specifications, we will provide a refund or replacement.

  12. Quality Assurance
    We guarantee the highest standards of quality in all our products. Any defects or issues must be reported within 30 days of delivery for resolution, in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

  13. Intellectual Property
    All designs, logos, and trademarks created by Unicorn Uniforms remain the property of the company unless otherwise agreed in writing. Customers may not use or reproduce any of our designs without express written permission.

  14. Privacy & Data Protection
    We take your privacy seriously. Any personal information provided will be used solely for processing orders and communications, in compliance with our privacy policy and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

  15. Liability
    Unicorn Uniforms is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. We will not be held responsible for any loss or damage that occurs as a result of events outside of our reasonable control, including but not limited to force majeure events.

  16. Force Majeure
    Unicorn Uniforms is not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, war, strikes, or supply chain disruptions. In such cases, we will notify customers of any potential delays.

  17. Ownership of Products
    Ownership of products remains with Unicorn Uniforms until full payment is received for all goods and services. If payment is not made within the agreed timeframe, we reserve the right to reclaim any goods, as permitted under the law.

  18. Customer Liability for Incorrect Information
    Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete information, including details of print designs, quantities, and garment specifications. Any mistakes caused by incorrect information provided by the customer are not our responsibility. It is the customer's duty to ensure all details are correct before confirming the order.

  19. Right to Refuse Service
    Unicorn Uniforms reserves the right to refuse service to any customer at any time, particularly if there is a history of late payments, fraudulent activity, or any behaviour that threatens the integrity of our business. We also reserve the right to refuse service if the customer engages in any illegal or unethical behaviour.

  20. Right to Modify Products
    Unicorn Uniforms reserves the right to make changes to products and designs if necessary. If changes are required, customers will be notified of any significant alterations before production begins.

  21. Indemnity
    The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Unicorn Uniforms from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from the customer's use of our services, including any intellectual property infringements, and agrees not to engage in any actions that could cause harm or damage to Unicorn Uniforms.

  22. Website & Product Accuracy
    While we strive to provide accurate information, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the content on our website. We are not responsible for any errors or omissions in product descriptions, pricing, or other content. Customers are encouraged to contact us if they have any questions about our products before placing an order.

  23. Governing Law
    These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, and any disputes will be handled in UK courts. All legal matters will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in the UK.

  24. Amendments
    Unicorn Uniforms reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. All changes will be published on our website. By continuing to use our services after changes have been made, customers agree to be bound by the updated terms.
